Lux List provides access to luxury short-term rentals, curated experiences, and membership-based services. Booking availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

2. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information. Lux List reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel bookings at its sole discretion.

3. Payments

All bookings and memberships must be paid in full before confirmation. Payment is securely processed via third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refund policies vary by property and will be outlined during the booking process. Membership fees are non-refundable.

5. Code of Conduct

Guests must treat all properties with respect. Damage, noise complaints, or misuse may result in penalties or bans from future bookings.

6. Liability

Lux List is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from your stay or experience. Insurance is recommended for all bookings.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any revised terms.
